Seaton Holme is a Grade I Listed building and is located just off the A19 at Easington Village. It is in close to Durham City, Sunderland and Hartlepool. It has a function room and training rooms available for hire. There are a variety of rooms that can be hired on a daily or hourly basis. The function room is an excellent venue for a small wedding reception or other special occasions. The variety and size of rooms available for hire make it an ideal venue for seminars, meetings and training events.
